Choose your client’s remote HTTP MCP connection and set the Authorization header. Configuration syntax varies between clients; do not paste a secret into a shared project configuration. Clients must support remote HTTP servers with a Bearer header. Hosted clients that require OAuth are not currently supported.

Complete initialization

Send the initialized notification after accepting the server’s negotiated version. Every request after initialization must include the protocol header. A successful notification returns 202 with an empty body.

Discover tools

Use tools/list to discover current tool names and their input schemas. Initialization, discovery and ping require a verified account but do not spend property credits; separate protocol throttles apply.

Call a property tool

This call consumes the search endpoint’s published credits and uses your account-wide pacing and daily allowance. Use the response’s isError flag as well as the HTTP status when handling tool results.

MCP tools do not bypass field redaction, account verification, credit accounting or the two-second minimum between data calls. Tool discovery does not grant additional permissions. Treat listing strings as external data, never instructions to your agent.
