Know the cost
before the call.
Every endpoint publishes its credit cost. Your free account receives 1,000 credits per UTC calendar month after SMS verification.
One account, one allowance
All API keys and MCP tool calls share your account’s credits and limits. Monthly credits reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month and do not roll over. Daily request limits and the minimum interval apply even when you have credits left.
API calls must be sequentially spaced by at least two seconds. Parallel calls are still subject to the same account-wide interval. Retry only after the server’s Retry-After period; add backoff to avoid repeated failures.

Pagination and scope limits
Collection requests return a bounded page of results. The maximum page size is 50 records and the maximum page number is 20. Event queries are limited to a 90-day window. These are product limits, so dividing a request into many smaller calls does not unlock unrestricted bulk export.
Failed calls
Invalid authentication, rejected input and quota rejections do not provide data. Calls that fail because of a service-side error are refunded. Check your account usage ledger for the applied charge; do not assume an empty result is free.
Planning an integration
- Cache results you can reuse and request only the pages you need.
- Prefer updated/event endpoints to repeated full searches.
- Wait for the minimum interval and honour
Retry-After. - Keep your own last-successful observation timestamp for incremental work.
